This website is operated by Dewsbury Landscaping & Driveways (“we”, “us”), Dewsbury WF13 1DL. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site.
What We Collect
When you call or email us we collect your name, contact details, address or postcode and the details of the work you are asking about. The site also records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) and, where you consent, analytics cookies.
Why We Use It
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits, prepare and send quotes, carry out and invoice work, and keep records we are legally required to keep. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the business and, once you accept a quote, performance of a contract.
Sharing and Retention
We do not sell your data. We share it only with suppliers who need it to deliver the work (for example a skip or material supplier delivering to your address) and with our accountants and IT providers under contract. Enquiry details are kept for up to two years; records relating to completed work are kept for six years for tax and guarantee purposes.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to our use of it, by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
