Quotes
Quotes are free, in writing and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. They are based on what we can see and measure at the site visit; if conditions below ground differ materially (for example unmarked services, contaminated soil or a sub-base that cannot be reused) we will stop, explain the issue and agree any change in writing before continuing.
Payment
A deposit is payable on booking to secure materials and a start date. The balance is due on completion unless a staged payment schedule has been agreed in writing for larger projects.
Guarantee
All installation work carries a written guarantee against defects in workmanship. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by ground movement outside our control, vehicles heavier than those the surface was designed for, lack of maintenance, or work by others.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for confirming that work falls within your property boundary and for obtaining any planning permission, dropped kerb approval or landlord consent that is required. We will advise where we think consent may be needed and can help with applications.
Cancellation
You may cancel within 14 days of accepting a quote without charge, unless you have asked us to start within that period, in which case we may charge for work done and materials ordered.
